Which law controls the whole world?

International law
International law, also called public international law or law of nations, is the body of legal rules, norms, and standards that apply among sovereign states and other entities recognized as international actors. Jeremy Bentham coined the term.
FIRST SOURCE
Treaty:-
Two or more countries sign a written agreement after it has been formally approved and approved by their leaders
Treaty can be broadly divided into two categories
· Law making –which are intended to have universal relevance for example- human right treaties, genocide convention.
Treaty contracts- which apply only for two or small number of states or countries for example - extradition treaty between India and France.
SECOND SOURCE
International customs
As evidence of a general practice occupied as law, customs constitute certain rules and behavior and legal obligations which states adhere too.

`The General principals of law recognized by civilized national
Borrowing principles which are common to all or more national systems of law.
FOURTH SOURCE
Judicial decisions
International court of justice holds special place in the contexts for many of its decisions have been deemed to be innovative and have won general acceptance.

Learned writers
They provide conceptual framework and are thus often used as inspiration for legal discussions, countries have long been arguing over areas adjacent to their territorial sea.
